Courtney has been the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for CBP for 20 years. She has been working in the HR industry since 2000 and as part of the defined contribution industry for 22 years. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2003. She has a BA from the University of Virginia. Courtney lives in the Boston, MA area.
